Mr. Witten comes to WEB Ventures with over 40 years of corporate management and governance experience in the state of Ohio. Bill is the Founder and President of the Witten Consulting Group, a Cincinnati-based consulting firm that focuses on niche marketing, sales strategies, and community business development. His previous business experience includes over 20 years with Procter & Gamble, working in a variety of managerial roles from Manufacturing, Warehousing to Product Distribution on the West Coast, to Credit Collection on the East Coast, to Managing Sales Office Personnel and Marketing Operations across several business markets in the Midwest. Mr. Witten consults with several communities and with large community-based institutions looking for ways to properly engage the community partners with a business Win-Win approach which is, sincere, transparent, beneficial, sustainable for all involved. Mr. Witten is currently a Board Member of the Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Garden, Board member of Cincinnati Neighborhood Business District United, the longtime Chairperson for the Avondale Business Association, and has just completed thirty years of service as a Board of Trustee member at Ohio Northern University.

As an independent consultant with nearly 50 years of corporate management experience, Mr. Brown consults with large and small business enterprises and individuals seeking to add diversity and inclusion to their workforce. As the Director of Worldwide Engineering at Procter & Gamble, he worked on project development, engineering and design management, capital construction as well as post-construction operations on many plants across the globe including in Japan, Germany, Indonesia, and China. Henry was also asked to be the volunteer project manager and advisor to the Board of Design for the National Underground Railroad Freedom. Mr. Brown is currently a Board Member of the Avondale Development Corporation, and also served three terms as chairman of the Board of Directors for the Cincinnati YMCA.
